I honestly do not think this possible. But I could be completely wrong.
I mean I've budgeted before but this is like ultra budgeting right here.

You could get a toshiba satellite laptop and put an extra 4 gb of ram into it.

I doubt you're going to get a PC for that price, and expect it to run Dayz. I'd recommend saving up at least 400-600 for a decent build.

It's a little over budget and not a great rig but you won't get anything special for such a tight budget;

There's no way you can only spend 240 on a PC and have it run without lag on DayZ.

Get a laptop, It's not recommended for gaming but my friend has one and he can run DayZ SA fine he just has to run it with low settings other than that he suffers no lag and gets decent frames. Don't bother with the builds people are sharing above as it's a waste of money for a shitty PC, get the best laptop you can get and you can always add more ram in the future if you need to. Only worth going for desktop if you are willing to put at least 500 or more in to it ;)
