Yes, And for a good reason this is just a beta. In my personal belief betas ruin the experience
for players. Its fun to play for the first time with a group of your friends and learn the game together! Thats what i like about game launches.

whats the point on working on a beta when we know that there are people with retail coies of the game. we should be more concerned with getting those people to upload the iso then spending time to make a beta work on retail

If someone did find a way for the demo to be available on retail xbox, then it should be posted in some gold member only section

Also, even if someone found a way to make it work (Non-JTAG) The account/console will probably be banned in an instant anyway.
