So today i went out and bought a radeon r5 230 graphics card i know its not the best graphics card ever but it does the job and for the price i got it at im not complaining. Regular price 120$ i got it for 54$! Here are my specs what should i upgrade next? Also my graphics card requirement is 400w and my computers power supply is only 300w is that bad that im using this graphics card?

Oh hun, you got ripped off. The R5 230 is not a $120 card, it's a $40 card, new. It's not even worth buying because it's so low-end. It's not going to use anywhere near 400W so you'll be fine, but I'm assuming you have a pre-built so the PSU will be poor quality which isn't good. It'll do for now however.
