I tried installing Windows 7 On my computer and then for some reason when i boot it up it doesnt connect to internet and its **** up. How can i restore my pc to what was it like earlier and on my Acer C drive there is a folder called Windows.old and it contains all my programs like photoshop, Sony vegas pro. So how can i restore my Pc to that earlier version

Or you can install the network drivers...
You would normally get them from a disk which came with your PC. It would be better if you downloaded the latest one from your motherboards manufactures website from another PC and install it that way.

Put in your Windows 7 disk and from startup press the F11 key or whatever in till you've got to the system recovery options menu and do a system restore to an earlier date where your PC was fine

Yeah mate, you need to install network drivers from the internet. suppose you could try and get them from another pc.
