Hey I've recently decided to build a gaming pc and was just wondering if this will be good enough to run most games at high?

I'd be getting something like that.

Z97 Board if in the future if you wish SLI the 970's(would require a PSU upgrade at the time)

Get the OS for free.

What was wrong with your first build you may ask..

-16GB of ram is unnecessary for gaming
-Dead Socket CPU
-Budget Aftermarket cooler(your budget is pretty high)
-Also no ssd

Feel free to ask any other questions.

It will depend on if you want to overclock and IMO its not worth it. If your going to overclock save up more wonga and get an AIO Liquid or a Noctua D14 for exmaple.

i assumed he was going to overclock as he picked amd as they usually overclock better ya and you could go wit a less expensive board and a better case and drop the 4690k and get the plain 4690
