Is there anyway to hold multiple items for in store pickup or do I have to request each item seperately? +rep to whoever helps!

I've put on hold a 3DS and a couple games. So yeah you can put multiple things on hold.

I just called them and let them know which I needed.

I've never done it through the site, but I would assume that you could set different reserves with the same name and just pick them up like that.
