Or we can just help you here. That's the point of the forums. The people who know what they're talking about here won't Skype you anyway. Download Speccy and post a screenshot of your specs along with your PSU and case. We'll need to know the make and model of both your PSU and case. We'll need to know what you want to upgrade and why you want to upgrade, as well as your upgrade budget and your currency.

What games aren't running well enough for you? Also, 500 what? need your currency. Use the abbreviation. USD, GBP, for example. Would be useful to know your PSU and case as well. Your case should have some branding on it somewhere. Look on the make's website and match the images of cases to yours to find out what case you have, if you don't already know. Take the side panel off your case and look at your PSU, there should be a sticker somewhere that will tell you the make and model, again, this is if you don't already know it.

Your PSU is at the bottom of your case at the back. It's in your case, not on it. PSU is Power Supply Unit btw. There will be a sticker on it to tell you the make and model. If you have a bad quality PSU, you'll want to replace that straight away so it'd be useful to know what PSU you have.

If you can manage $5 over after rebates;

Something like that will be good. Add an aftermarket cooler when you want and you can OC that 4690k. You can easily add another 770 in SLI with these upgradaes, if you wish.
