So I just got this 96 328i BMW convertible for 2000. Only 140000 miles and no problems new tires and rims. I have money leftover and want some suggestions on how I can upgrade it or make it better. I'm a junior in high school so it's for going to school and football.

Honestly I'd save that money for repairs. Lol. 140k miles, something is bound to break soon. And BMWs are known for being costly to fix. Extremely costly. As in, its rare to get anything fixed under 400 dollars. Not something a high school junior is gonna be able to afford too much of. But. If you really want something, I would say:
Suspension upgrades
Bolt-ons (exhaust, CAI, headers, etc)
Tinted windows
Maybe a body kit (hopefully a subtle one)
Aftermarket headlights (not sure if the 96 have halos or not)
Various engine mods
Tuning
Spending the $$ to replace anything getting worn or broken.

Don't do anything.. drive it until you have a problem with it (hopefully it's a minor fix) and then just sell it because it's all downhill from there save your money for the next car
