Add another 970 in SLI easily if you want. You can grab a 4690k instead of the 4460 and overclock if you want. You'd have to get a smaller SSD and possibly smaller HDD to get a 4690k withing budget. You'll also need to add a decent aftermarket cooler later on to overclock a 4690k if you did swap the 4460.
