I don't get why people replace and with X... Why not just say and or even N?

Iv never seen people replace and with x but i have seen A , E , I , O ,U been replaced not sure why but its common in trickshotters?

It's just something original I guess.. It's like years ago when "Xx" at the start and end of your name started as a trend..

In collaborations with performers and clothing companies you see it a lot. Probably just because it looks better?

I think people replace like vowels with x or leave vowels out because you can still read the word.

The "X" represents the crossover between the two plus people or things collaborating together. I guess one could argue that it's more aesthetically pleasing to look at than the word and.

Because you would pronounce the T... think about it.
x is replacement for a vowel, and cause it is a very unused character, if it is placed in a word where it doesn't make sense, people can oversee that and know that it replacing a letter.
However with commonly used letters, people will not notice than and try to see the word as it is spelled.
Pretty simple reason if you ask me... it is just more aesthetically pleasing than no letter and it is the most common replacement for a vowel, people have done it since 2009 when I got Xbox Live, it's just easy to spot now.
