I'm currently on stealth, when I boot up my console the messages for stealth come up as usual but when I sign in i get fatal error over and over till I pull my Ethernet cable out.

You most likely set a bad plugin. Only thing I can think of. Your stealth is probably corrupt some way. Try removing stealth. Using another like xblse just to test and see.
