So I had a account level 122 on xbox 360 then I got PS4 how do I transfer to my next-gen.

you can't transfer across console families...with anything.

you cant you can transfer xbox 360 stuff to xbox 1 and ps3 to ps4

The transfer is done on the Rockstar Games Social Club.
