Im using .webs for my personal blog and I think it is the best one out there right now. Set up your site with Webs then get a domain at Go daddy for cheap and connect them and you have a .com for close to 15$ a year.

So you want to make a website like Webs where others can make websites using your site?

If that's the case, I'm pretty sure there are none like that, that are free. (I might be wrong though)
