They're both horrific and a huge waste of money. I mean seriously, a GT 740 in that $1k system, that's ridiculous. It's like a $20 card, it's not even worth the purchase unless you just need it to run multiple monitors in a business type scenario. The more expensive rig has a slightly better GPU, a GTX 760 and it's going to handle CSGO with ease, but the i7 and 16GB RAM are completely pointless and just a huge waste. Plus, a GTX 760 does not belong in a $1300 rig. Do not buy either of these.

I am just looking to get a PC to play tonight. I can always swap out the GTX 760 later for something better. If so can you point me in the right direction on what I should get for it?

If all you want to play is CSGO, you can build a rig for a fraction of the price that will perform perfectly well. If you have $1300 to spend, you can build a hella baller rig for that. Do not waste your money on shitty pre-builts like this. You get low end cards, even in expensive pre-builts but that's not the biggest issue. The biggest issue with these pre-builts is that they use bad quality components, especially PSU which gives an increased chance of failure and they have a lack of upgradability.

CSGO doesn't require much at all to run so you can pretty much play it on any PC.

There's 'playing' and 'playing' though.
