I was wondering if there was any halo 4 xp lobbies or unlock all lobbies?

You don't need to get into lobbies on this game, there are USB mod tools like Horizon and Modio that allow you to do that. You cannot mod rank though, but you can unlock all weapons/upgrades (support, tactical packages, and AAs)
