Proccessor- 2.5 Ghz Intel Care i5
Memory- 4GB 1600 MHz DDR3

I think the true question here is, can it run crysis 3?

Yeah, that would run DayZ at about 25FPS on low settings, however that would decrease as you enter towns.

if you are using that vm that comes with macs then no and even if it was for mac no way it would handle it not even a decent pc can play the game at good fps
