So I just bought the new Saints Row game from the marketplace. I've tried playing it on two consoles and neither one of them will get past the loading screen after selecting new game. Anyone have any suggestions?

Call Microsoft and ask for a refund. They will try to help you at first but will end up refunding it if it still won't work.

If you tried it on two different console and it still didn't work, it's the games fault.
But here are two suggestions that may or may not help.
Did you install the game onto a USB? If so, try copying it to the HDD.
Did you install the latest patch? If no, do so.
But if none of those work, do what Mowely said and call up and ask for a refund!

I've already gotten a refund this year from a display glitch for Assassin Creed. (That arcade game.)

Delete it and re download it from the marketplace, sounds like some game data is corrupt
