So I'm rank 124 but apparently I can't do the heist until I'm rank 12....

Someone help ?

You have to wait for call from Lester and visit his place then you can access the heists. Hope this helped!.

Dude, I had this same problem. How I fixed it was I just answered a call from Trevor then hung up right away then imidiately after lester texted and called me. Hope this fixes your problem too!

Can 100% confirm that you need to get a call from Lester, go to his warehouse an watch a small cutscene, after that he will tell you to head to your apartment to start it, for the first heist you will need 2 players, hope this helps
