Windows 7 can't boot pc please helpPosted:

Okay hi TTG so as i said in the subject i cant boot my pc

I got an acer aspire am3910-e3512
Running on windows 8

But i just downgraded to windows 7 today
And now im stuck with a program called acer erecovery management
It boots up everytime i boot my pc event on safe mode
So i said okay im gonna restore my pc so this thing wont pop anymore
Anyways i backed up my things already
But this still comes up and i dont know what to do with it

Sounds like it is trying to recover your old windows OS. Did you finish the installation?

Yes it did finished to install i were even able to install updates it iis exactly when i restarted my computer to finish updates that this came up

You may have to delete recovery partitions that remain on the HDD from the previous OS.

I had to do this when I downgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 7.
