There was a commercial on television with this station type thing, like a skillet kind of, only it was used to charge electronics like cell phones, iPods, etc.. It allowed you to not have to plug in the electronic device into the wall, and let you just set it down onto the charging pad and it charged whatever you needed. That's about the best I can explain it, it first came out about a year or so ago. I thought it was called powermat, but I guess I'm wrong.
