Everytime I go online on my main account it starts to load then I get a black screen like it freezes? Also if I try to go online straight from start up it doesn't load? Someone help? I've made another xbox account just to check and that goes online soo I don't know what the problem could be??

Go clear the cache on your save devices from the dashboard. Delete your account, re-download it, and restart your xbox. Should solve the problem.

go to settings then go to storage devices then press y on hard drive and there you go
