Budget: 3m
Players: hopefully getting crespo for near enough min price
Formation: any which is strong
100% chem

If you have only 3 mil to get Crespo and a team, more than likely you will have only like 50k to make a team around him. You can't get Aguero and/or Di Maria in the same team.
