I wasnt sure if there was any actually legit gold sotes but seeing as theyre sketchy i was just going to make a nee account, use that one amd then transfer the gold from that to my main. And i was wondering if you can be banned for gold buying and if my idea would also lower my ban risk.

It goes by the amount traded. So no matter what account is used it will fall back onto your main account because it will see the money in the end. If you have a large trade and don't give anything in return it throws a flag.
