Recently bought a laptop and I wanna install some games but I don't have internet right now because I'm in the military training for my MOS, so I don't wanna buy a hotspot i will only be using for a few months, anyways I was wondering if there was a way to install pc games strictly from the disk, I know most games nowadays you need to at least have a small amount of internet which is fine I can use my phones hotspot, I just want to play something.

You'd need to look into disc versions of slightly older single player games such as Fallout or The Witcher series.

For most multiplayer-enabled games, you need to have internet enabled to confirm the CD key alone which could be troublesome for you.

I was looking to buy far cry but I've heard people say the disk just opens steam to download. I can use my phones hotspot to do something small like confirm the key though.
