I'm thinking of starting a new team. I have know idea what it would be called yet. This team well be one of the best teams i will ever lead. I will try my best to do the best i can do.
Leaders: I want leaders that know how to lead a team.
Players: I want players that hit 2 clips or more a week. Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, and PS4
Designers: I want really good creative deigners. I don't want any lazy designers.
Editors: I want i good clean editor. I don't care what kind of music you edit to. Also know lazys editors as well
Staff: If you want to be staff you have spam out every upload when it comes out.
Managers: You have to have connections.
I will not start this team till i have dedicated leaders, players, designers, and mostly editors. I will not quit on this team. I want help from everyone in the team. I don't want to be the only person that is doing the work.
Standards: AW: 1440+ Clean, Distance, & Creative (Can be Complex) If Complex can take some distance off. Sniping- 5Ons Up not faded.
