I don't really care about the games as much as video editing. What if I word it that way, then what do you guys say? I could care less about the games other than Minecraft tbh just thought I'd throw them in. So what about Minecraft and video editing? Thanks.

It's still a waste of money. I wouldn't trust it since the PSU is guaranteed to be shit quality and the motherboard is most likely low-end as well. The case is also going to be a pain in the ass for upgrades and will have horrible build quality. You could build a rig with as much CPU power and a better GPU than in that system for significantly more than $100 less.
