ok first I completed the first heist online and once I go on the next day it will not let me host the next heist because my house isn't green someone please help I want to host heist I'm bored thanks

You have to wait 5-45 mins for the next heist to be unlocked. Wait in game time. You will receive a phone call from lester. But except all your phone calls so it goes faster.

If you don't get it, try backing out and going back to GTA Online or finding a new session also, I was in a session for about 2 hours, left the session to join a friend and got the call for the next heists about 45 seconds after loading in.
