Assuming you are trying to remove that random software, open the file location to see where it is based.
Now reboot your computer into safe mode so it does not launch the program (Only Windows files will be loaded) and then you should be able to delete it.

u could try downloading process hacker and force terminating/suspending the process, then open its file location and delete where its at.

Yes its for AMD, however i found out its malware that, pretending to be AMD.

Yes its for AMD, however i found out its malware that, pretending to be AMD.
Open the file location of that process in task manager, if it opens a suspicious location e.g temp folder then run a scan with malwarebytes and it should pick it up

I find that rkill is a great program for killing known malware processes, you can then run a scanner such as malwarebytes to try and remove it.
