1. Have a second character that hasent done the first heist.
2. Use that character to do the first heist which pays $170,000.
3. After you complete the heist put money in maze bank.
4. Then delete that character.
5.now make a new character and do the heist again.
Dont know if it works let me know if it works

It could work, in a sense..But you have to 1) Level the character up to 12 to get the heist option and 2) Have enough for a high end apartment each time as well.
A big time waster. You and a friend could just run through it a few extra times and profit faster.

Just an idea if u grt a friend to host the heist then it would work better
