Good morning, evening whatever time your reading this..

I play GTA IV on my computer, and installed LCPD:FR and stuff, and it crashed due to some error from the game, and I deleted the game content (BTW, got it off steam) and Ive noticed, LCPDFR or my ELS (Emergency Lighting System) does not work. And also noticed the "`" (for the thing that shows green text, I forgot the name, sorry). I've deleted the whole thing and game file, and reinstalled GTA IV, and still does not work.

If you can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
