My iPhone 5 keeps restarting and when i go to Diagnostics it says the problem is "WDT Timeout" any fix for that?

Ahh that's weird.. The WDT monitors apps, and kills them if they don't respond within a preset timeout (all apps are supposed to "check in" with iOS frequently). If it's a built in app that doesn't respond you will get a kernel panic (sort of like a Windows Blue Screen of Death). As a start restore the device with iTunes and set up as New. Add only email accounts and test. If it doesn't crash after a while add back other apps. If it crashes as New you've got a hardware problem.

I restored like 4 times after the problems and continues crashing, it says too "Bug type: 110" i think its hardware

Yes, it's a hardware issue.. You'll have to take it to Apple and get them to fix it.

It makes a difference? I was thinking that resotring it with iTunes and iPhone was the same thing
