I built my pc last september but wondering about sticking a SSD inside im a full time streamer around 8+ hours a day and my pc boots around 10 - 15 seconds here is my specs

i5 4690 [Not bothered with overclocking so didnt get the unlocked version]
Msi Hawk R9 270x
Z87-G45 MSI Motherboard
700W Corsair Semi Modular PSU
8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 Ram [Maybe More Ram?]
1TB Western Digital Black 7200RPM [Very fast drive but its almost full so ssd??]
CPU Fan Cooler Master 212 Evo
Fractal Design Define R4 Case

Do you guys think my pc needs any upgrades i can stream 720p 60fps and i play cs:go sometimes but i mainly stream xbox360 with my elgato hd60

Are you sure it's a 700W unit? I have a sneaking suspicion you have a CX750, in which case, a PSU upgrade would be worth it. GPU upgrade could also be a wise move, depending on how satisfied you are with your current gaming experience. An SSD isn't a good choice for mass storage so if you need more space, another HDD would be wise. An SSD would be beneficial for faster boot/load times.

PSU upgrade would be worth it. As I said, could add another HDD if you're running out of room. SSD is going to be beneficial but not useful for mass storage. Depending on your current peripheral situation, you could upgrade them. Suppose you could swap the i5 for a Xeon but you don't really need to. You could get a nicer cooler, but again, not necessary since the 212 EVO should be more than enough for your 4690.

You don't necessarily need a higher wattage PSU, just that a better quality unit would be worth it. How much do you have to spend on upgrades and what's your currency?

Only get an ssd big enough for the OS, and any games you play the most. You need more RAM and a better/another GPU.
