i5 4690 [Not bothered with overclocking so didnt get the unlocked version]
Msi Hawk R9 270x
Z87-G45 MSI Motherboard
700W Corsair Semi Modular PSU
8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 Ram [Maybe More Ram?]
1TB Western Digital Black 7200RPM [Very fast drive but its almost full so ssd??]
CPU Fan Cooler Master 212 Evo
Fractal Design Define R4 Case
Do you guys think my pc needs any upgrades i can stream 720p 60fps and i play cs:go sometimes but i mainly stream xbox360 with my elgato hd60
Only get an ssd big enough for the OS, and any games you play the most. You need more RAM and a better/another GPU.
I feel like my GPU is fine i can run any game i play maxed out and be above 60fps i dont really play very intensive pc games as im more of a console player i use my pc for streaming

Add an SSD next.
You do not "need" more RAM, at all.
why would i get a 500w psu? when i have a 600w one
The quality. Quality>Quantity. A 450W unit would be enough to run your rig, so a 550W unit is more than enough and you could upgrade to an R9 290(x) with no issues. Your current unit is not very good quality at all and is only slightly better than no name junk PSUs. That XFX unit is far superior quality.

Corsair use CWT OEM for their CX series of PSUs. They use one Japanese capacitor, made by Panasonic. The rest of the capacitors used are cheap Taiwanese or Japanese junk.

They're just not very good quality. This could cause them to fail more easily or quickly. It could also potentially cause damage to other components, either suddenly or slowly over time.
