Exactly. Simple things with simple explanations and they actually think you are "hacking". When in fact, it wouldn't be hacking at all, it would be modding if you used a modded controller.

I have been pissed at a few "modders" with aimbot and god mode its so annoying I don't care about modded controllers but different modsjust irritate me

I'm not too bothered by mods. I used to use them all the time, still do to some extent. I mostly play offline now, though. I'm trying to start playing online again. I have an xbox one now, so it doesn't seem like I will be modding anything for a while.

I think this is just a common mistake that people make because the general public online does not know the difference between a hacker and a modder. Explaining the difference probably only makes them make fun of your mother as well.
