It would be cheaper to simply upgrade this PC as it won't sell for much.
What is your currency and we can recommend some upgrades.

My case is Cool master N200 micro atx mid tower and my power supply is Corsair CX430M

The 2nd build has a weaker GPU but an SSD whereas the 1st has a dank GPU but no SSD
