*The glitch is quite old but the method is new after the latest patch, I'm not the creator nor do I take credit I am just posting to spread the wealth

Step one: buy as many "Karin Rusty Rebel's" as you can from the "southernsanandreassuperautos.com"

Step two: take one to LSC and go to the "Wheels" category

Step three: From within the "Wheels" Catagory select the "off-road" section then select the "stock rims" option

Step four: Purchase the "Amazon" rims for $4690

Step five: Back out of that menu till you are back in the "Wheel Types" section then select the "SUV" category

Step six: Select the "Chrome rims" category and equip the "Fagorme" rims which should have a little white check mark next to it

Step seven: Sell the vehicle for $40195

So basically you are purchasing a $3000 car adding new rims raising the value then selling it back for a profit of around $32,000

You can repeat the process as many times as you like with out having to wait to sell again
