It does not matter if you cheated a month ago or five months ago. Once you cheated, Microsoft eventually caught on.

Refrain from cheating/abusing any ToS agreements and you'll be fine.

I'm assuming that you got a console ban. This effects all accounts on the system. You got banned for a reason. You entered modded lobbies. You can lie to us all you want and say that you didn't, but it's not going to help anything. There is nothing you can do. Make a new account and move on with life.

Dun, i have not cheated on this account. I can not stress it enough. I have been banned on 2 other accounts that i HAVE cheated on. This account "DeTra Titans" has not been cheated on or hacked i wouldn't make a fake post because there is no point.

Why are you getting butthurt at us? You asked what you should do and we are telling you that there is nothing that you can do.

I don't think I know it all. I'm going by the evidence that EVERYONE on this post is showing you. You cheated. You got banned. Simple as that. It doesn't matter what account you did it on. If you modded using the same console it will effect the accounts on that system. All accounts on your system are susceptible of getting banned at that point.

No it's not. You broke the TOS that you agreed to. You did something that is against the TOS. They have all the power they need to take action once you break it.
