At that point, you should be doing slayer since you have a decent amount of quest's done, its very good cash once you get far, and you can get some pretty good stats on the way

Agreed, just do slayer, the only bosses you could possibly do would be like king black dragon and chaos elemental both are quite worthless. Just stick to Slayer
