I seen a few ebay sellers selling guides on how to get games like GTA V and AC Unity for like 26gbp does anyone know how they do this.

there is not way to do it and if they are selling guides then its most likely fake

There are some ways can be switching you location to a another country. For example on steam if you buy Russia games they are half the price as a U.S. game mostly or even cheaper.
