You need to do some research online, OP. Because, JTAGS and RGHS are not easy to learn just from people talking to you about them. You need to do the research yourself and get things figured out before you start looking to buy unless you just want to waste your money.

You need a JTAG/RGH/R-JTAG (I prefer RGH) Then you need tools and pacthes for GTA, COD etc, you will need a KV for when your Xbox gets banned and a lot more things.
You should look up some tutorials on YouTube if you don't know much, you could brick the console.
