SSD: Sandisk Ultra 128GB

What would this be able to run and render at about how long?

Much, much better, but how much is it? What is your budget and currency? II don't know how fast it'll render, but that 3570 is going to give hugely improved speeds over the old Pentium. HD7950 is an older card now, but it's great. Performs about on par with an R9 280, which FYI, is significantly better than a GT 740.

It's $750 my budget is $700.

What about this $700 one?:

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
CPU: AMD FX-6200 Hexa-Core @ 3.8GHz (Turbo Boost to 4.1GHz)
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon 7790 2GB GDDR5 (a cool, quiet, super powerful beast)
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600MHz (more RAM than I've ever used, but nice to have just in case)
Network: Onboard WiFi 802.11b/g/n + Bluetooth 4.0
HDD: 1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM
Disk Drive: Standard DVD RW drive
Connectivity: 4x USB 2.0, 2x USB 3.0, front-panel 15-in-1 memory card reader, 5.1 channel audio, optical audio out, and much more.

No. The 3570 and HD7950 is the best one so far, but you could build something as good for less.

I'm gonna see if I can get this guy to build me one. Would you mind pulling together a pcpartpicker for around my budget? I'm not the ideal computer wiz.. if you don't have any time then it's fine. Thanks!

Dude honestly they probably could but you shouldn't buy either.
Honestly try build a PC from scratch. Not only will this help you learn about it but also you don't end up with cheap parts, and a expensive case and the most expensive LED's ever.

I honestly wouldn't mind helping you build it if you couldn't yourself but I doubt you live close..

Or get the OS for free. Even if you did have to pay for your OS, just grab a 285 instead of the 290, drop the SSD and buy your OS, then add an SSD later, when you can. It's still going to be better than any of these rigs that have already been built by other people and used a lot.
