Hello ttg. Im looking for a server manager. As a server manager
it is your job to recruit staff, check the staff apps and you get OP.

Why do you want the position?
I have freetime, and am seeking a staff position on a server as, honestly I only enjoyed MC when I had my own server or was apart of a staff team
What makes you the best server manager?
I have owned my own faction server, and been staff on prison, faction and "specific theme"servers.
My most recent position was Head Mod/GFX artist on the faction server Overlands PVP.
I am also Adobe Certified Associate, certified in Photoshop CS6 and Illustrator CC (proof on request)
I am a responsible, rational, and personable person who is willing to dedicate large amounts of time to the server.

What makes you the best server manager? I am experience as I have been operating 6 different servers for 2 years now. I know how to create kits, make a server message, get plugins for Prison, Factions, even Survival Games.
That's why I believe I am the best choice for a 'Inside Guy' or an operator to the server.

i dont think is a good idea to hire people just a suggestion
some people will be a griefer and will burn down your server
you will be like when that happens so be careful

Why do you want the position? If you are needing some help getting your community noticed and getting some players and such I can help you out with that.
What makes you the best server manager? I have been administrating on differant communities since I was 12 so I have a fair bit of experience when it comes to it.
I used to be a developer and community manager for a community that ran Garrys Mod, Team Fortress 2 and Minecraft servers, Unfortunatly the server went AWOL and the servers didnt get paid for so they went down.
I am currently staff on multiple Garrys Mod servers including the second largest server on Garrys mod (According To GameTracker)

I would like to position because I have tried owning a server and I know how much work it is, I am as good with plugins and things like behind the scenes on a server and was looking for someone to help with it but could never find help. I would like to help to take some of the load off your shoulders, I know with all the behind the scenes things how much of a pain in the but ACTUALLY managing the server can be. At the same time I love helping people whether in-game and out of game, whether it be a problem between players or help building something, I'm your man.

I think I would be the best server manager because I am dedicated to seeing something succeeded. I love collaboration so working with YOU on the server and to help find staff and manage player. I can also help with getting a solid player-base on the server.
