Ironically I ate Steak 'n Shake for saint party's day. They got some good food. If they are giving you bad schedules and giving you issues start looking into a new job, once you find one let them know you quit. (Try to give them an advanced notice because it's respectful)

Contact your Regional Manager and HR Department.
You can still quit but it will still continue to those after you. Stick it to those that have abused their power in management in that store.

Have been in management for several years, have dealt with HR several times also.
My mother used to work in HR for GlaxoSmithKline.
So yeah I kinda know a little more than yourself.
