Hey guys I'm looking to upgrade my computer here are my specs



Processor: AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor

Graphics card: AMD Radeon R7 260x

Memory: Corsair Dominator 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 1600 MHz

PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX V2 500-Watt

BTW I only have about $200 - $250

You could get an R9 290 for a little over budget but I wouldn't be running a 290 with that PSU. You could get an R9 280X and SSD, or 280x and a new PSU. Or, you could grab an i5 and motherboard. Up to you which you'd prefer really.
