I tend to play PS4 and 360 but occasionally like to game on my laptop when i see a cool game. I have G-mod and thats the only game i have so i'm not really sure how capable my laptop is and if it would be able to run RUST (im not bothered about running it in full hd or whatever i just want to run it)
my laptop is an AsusK55A and heres what it says;
CPU: Intel B820 1.7Ghz
Memory: 4GB
OS: Win8
And then I have more than enough storage, if you need any extra details i can probably find it out for you. Thanks for any help

By taking a look of the specs on the ASUS Website, I would say that it would run it but at what frame rate I do not know.

Would you reccomend me giving it a shot or would it be a complete waste of money and hardly playable?

It will run but probably not well.
If you want to now how well it runs but don't want to waste money in case it doesn't run well, get the game the free way and test it first.
If then its playable, buy it.

No, with your specs on your laptop, you will not be able to play it at well smooth fps. I have a i3 at 2.6 GHz with 12 gb of ram and it runs at about 15-20 fps on low. I do not advise you to get the game on your laptop.
