I could be wrong but I think it was like their contract they had or whatever wouldn't allow them to or something like that.

contract with who?
I didn't know you needed a contract to have a section on your website regarding the operation and sell of jtag rgh, unless someone owns copyright and patents on the jtag rgh design itself
I'm thinking it was more of a legal threat from a parent, who bought one for their 10 year old. Somewhere along those lines.
It's a don't ask, don't tell policy which we will never know about. it's just best, not to talk about it, when you're being watched. Therefore you will never know the true answer. It would come out as vague, blunt. Removing something that helps your business isn't removed unless something bad happened
