To be fair probably not the GPU is a stock intel HD they are not renowned for their
performance capabilities

If you upgraded your video card, you could run it on the minimum settings
here are the minimum specs to run the game
CPU: Intel i3 Dual-Core with Hyper-Threading (required)
CPU Speed: Info
RAM: 4 GB
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Video Card: nVidia GeForce GTX 275 series or higher
Sound Card: Yes
Free Disk Space: 20 GB

Belive it or not h1z1 is a veryy hard game to run, its just as demanding as bf4.
With those specs no, you would need a gpu, save up $100-200 and you will be able to run anything

Yea can when the game was released my brother got H1Z1 and he couldn't really run it at all so he got his money back and got another game instead.
