I have just got my new PC, well my brother upgraded and decided to kindly give me his old build (Still a decent PC )
I have just gone onto Google chrome and there are ads everywhere, I'm running ad blocker but they wont stop.
Type of Ads that are here:
pop-up ads on almost everything I Click on
All day saving ads
Ads on certain words (There highlighted in blue and underlined like a hyper link)
Is there a way to target these ads? I have blocked them in Ad Blocker and still nothing. Tried looking for them in processes under task manager but no luck!

Sounds like adware to me. You'll need something like bitdefender to remove it.

Yep, it's adware.
Considering you kinda just got a "new" computer, I'd suggest doing a clean install of
Windows so it'll be like a fresh start!

Once you've done as they've said above. I'd install ad-blocker the chrome extension if you have it. It will stop any ads popping up which will reduce the chance of this happening again.

Also make sure you have no extensions other than trusted ones like ad blocker as I have found some of them cause ads everywhere for mo monay. To disable them click CTRL+H and click Extensions on the left sidebar and either disable/delete them. Also only install/download trusted and known sources and publishers. Hope I helped, good luck! (I recommend CC Cleaner to get rid of all the junk you don't need on your computer!)
