Okay so this has been leaked and its the official link so no fakes
not like the console would even install them

1. get SKFUs proxy server: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
2. setup the proxy on your ps4

3. redirect this

to this

change the /uk/ part to us or eu or au or jp if you live somewhere else

4. search for a update on your ps4
5. Enjoy! Done!

This is true!
You just can't use remote play on it unless you can update the vita as well to a beta.
