I've been saving up for a pc for a while now and i'd like to get a solid, good budget build that will last a few years and be able to play newer titles.

I will be using this pc to game, edit, and possibly stream on.
I will let the price go from 600$ all the way to 750$.
I will need a mouse/keyboard.
I prefer Intel over AMD.

GPUs not as good but will still max everything on a single 1080p panel, and this has a better CPU for editing/rendering, as well as an SSD.

You can build a good PC for that price but if you really want a pc that you can count on no matter what and has room for futur eupgrades, just save your money a little longer to afford a 1000-1600PC. Trust me, it's worth it.
